However, diagnostic kits are patentable in VIETNAM. Diagnostic kits technical solution is the products in the form of object. Diagnostic Kit means a product containing reagents and other items necessary to conduct a test to detect the presence of or to measure a given Biomarker in a given Patient Sample.
Medical test kits are used for rapid diagnosis of a number of symptoms or diseases within a body. Generally strips are provided in these kits on which blood, urine, saliva, or specimen/sample is collected.
